WHERE IT STARTED
When I was a Chief Human Resources Officer, I hired a lot of coaches for C-suite executives and aspiring leaders in my organizations. But, more often than not, I found myself frustrated. Many of these coaches didn’t bring a structured or disciplined process to the table.
It all felt too casual—just weekly conversations without a clear direction or outcome.

The coaches I hired weren’t making good use of assessments, they weren’t collecting 360-degree feedback, and they weren’t engaging with the right internal stakeholders.
I kept thinking—there has to be a better way. This experience is what drives me.
I’m confident in my approach to driving leadership performance and preparing leaders for the C-Suite. I focus on ensuring that there’s a real organizational fit from the start because I’ve seen too many external hires fail simply because the early part of the process was neglected.
They’re often more mindset-based, which, while valuable, isn’t always enough to navigate the complexities of executive leadership. My approach is different.
